Privacy policy
What we collect, and why.
This site collects as little as it can: your email address to sign in, the wallet you link, the record of the NFTs you deposit, and the Discord or X accounts you choose to link. No ads, no tracking, no selling.
In short
You sign in with your email address, link one EVM wallet that receives credit for your deposits, and send your Seiyans and Solanians to receiving addresses assigned to you. We keep the record of those deposits.
- No advertising and no tracking. There are no ad networks, analytics or tracking tools on this site.
- We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
- We never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase.
Who we are
The Ascendants site at theascendants.io is run by the Ascendants team (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Write to us at contact@theascendants.io about anything in it.
What we collect
This is everything the site stores about you, and where it comes from.

Discord and X linking is optional. They handle your authorization; we never receive your password. We use a temporary access token to retrieve your account ID and username, then request its revocation. We do not store your access or refresh tokens, read your posts or messages, or publish anything through these links. Assigning Ascendant OG makes that role visible on your Discord profile in our server.
Your browser also keeps your light or dark mode choice in a cookie and in its own storage. We do not ask for your name, phone number, location or payment details.
Wallets and the blockchain
Linking a wallet costs nothing and sends no transaction: you sign a message to prove the wallet is yours. We never see or store your private keys or recovery phrase. Your wallet app is run by its own company under its own privacy policy.
Blockchains are public. Your deposits, like any transaction on Sei or Solana, can be seen by anyone and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. Because your account links your email to your wallet, we can connect your on-chain deposits to your account; other visitors cannot.
How we use it
We use your data only to:
- sign you in and run your account (to perform our agreement with you);
- assign receiving addresses and record and credit your deposits (to perform our agreement with you);
- record optional social links and assign the Discord role you request;
- keep the site secure, prevent fraud and fix faults (our legitimate interest in a safe, working site);
- meet legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, write to contact@theascendants.io from the email address on the account. Deleting removes your email address and sessions and signs you out everywhere. The record of your deposits and the wallet they were credited to is kept, because it records NFTs held on your behalf. Anything on a blockchain stays there. You can also ask us to unlink your Discord or X account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- get a copy of your data, including in a portable format;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
- complain to your data protection authority.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To use any right, write to contact@theascendants.io. We may ask you to confirm a code sent to the email on the account so we know the request is yours. We answer within one month, or sooner where the law says so.
Age
This site is only for adults where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger; if you believe we have, write to contact@theascendants.io and we will delete it.
Security
Connections to the site are encrypted. Sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes, session cookies cannot be read by scripts, and deposit records cannot be changed once written. Access to the systems is limited to the people who run them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
We will update this page when the site starts collecting something new. For significant changes we will tell you by email first.
