Support
Help with Ascendants.
Answers to the common questions about signing in and depositing, and how to reach a person when they are not enough.
Contact us
Write to contact@theascendants.io. One message per problem helps: say what happened, what you expected instead, and include any transaction link.
Send it from the email address on your account. Never send us your wallet’s recovery phrase or private key.
Signing in
My sign-in code has not arrived
Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder and that the address is spelled right, then ask for a new code.
The site says my code is wrong
A code works once, for 10 minutes, and only the newest one counts. After five wrong tries it stops working. Ask for a new code and use it straight away.
Linking your wallet
Why do I link an EVM wallet before depositing?
The linked wallet is the beneficiary of your deposit record. It identifies which account receives credit; it is separate from the Sei and Solana receiving addresses shown in the deposit window.
Does linking a wallet send my NFTs?
No. Linking proves that you own the wallet with a signature. A deposit is a separate NFT transfer that you approve in your wallet. Check the network and the receiving address shown in your deposit window before approving a transfer.
Does linking a wallet cost anything?
No. You sign a message to prove the wallet is yours. It sends no transaction and costs nothing. Your deposits are credited to this wallet.
Can I change the linked wallet?
Only until your receiving addresses are assigned. After that the link is permanent, so your deposits can never move to another wallet. Each wallet can be linked to one account.
Depositing your NFTs
Where do I send my NFTs?
Open “Deposit your NFTs” on the home page. Send Seiyans to your Sei address and Solanians to your Solana address. Only Seiyans and Solanians are credited, so never send anything else.
Can I use one receiving address for both networks?
No. Your account has separate Sei and Solana receiving addresses. Use the address shown for the collection and network you are sending; a linked EVM beneficiary address is not your Solana receiving address.
My wallet’s Send button failed for a Solanian
Some wallets’ own Send screens cannot move Solanians, and the transfer fails with nothing sent. Use “Connect a Solana wallet” in the deposit window instead: it prepares the transfer for you and your wallet only asks you to approve it.
When will my deposit show up?
Usually within a minute or two, once the network confirms it. It appears under your deposits automatically. If it has not appeared after an hour, write to us with the transaction link.
What should I include when reporting a missing deposit?
Send the network, collection, NFT identifier and transaction link to contact@theascendants.io from the email on your account. This lets the team trace the transfer. Never include a recovery phrase, private key or sign-in code.
Can a deposit be credited twice?
No. Each NFT can be credited once, to the account whose address it arrived at, and the record cannot be changed afterwards.
The guide
The guide explains $KI, Warriors and Dojos. You do not need an account, a linked wallet or a deposit to read it.
Your account and data

Scams and security
- We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, by email, message or anywhere else. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you.
- Sign-in codes are only for you. We never ask you to read one out or forward it.
- Check the address. Deposits are only ever made from theascendants.io. Your receiving addresses only appear there, after you sign in.
